“I was in a panic on Friday in need of a 4pt inspection for my homeowners policy-which I never even heard of. I needed asap and it was Friday NIGHT. I searched the internet and saw Sun Inspections. It caught my eye cuz it said they could get the report back to me immediately. I took a chance and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 11:00 am. That in itself was a miracle!! Adrian came to property early and was waiting for me to arrive. He is truly the nicest gentleman ever with a lovely UK accent. He was so friendly and assured me everything was going to be ok. He explained what the inspection was, what he’ll be doing and he did just that. I received the report within a couple of hours. From the time I called to the time I got my report, not including Sat/Sunday, it was literally just a few hours. He was amazing and such a pleasure to meet.
